What's for supper tonight?

I love a good crock pot meal on fall days, but then again, who doesn't? Today I decided to finally cook those frozen pork chops that stare me down every time I open the freezer. I found a recipe on Pinterest for ranch pork chops and we love anything that involves ranch and cream of chicken soup so I gave it a try! Ben gave me two thumbs up and told me it was a keeper.

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 packet of dry ranch mix
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup (I will probably use 2 cans next time)
Directions:
  • place the pork chops in the crock pot and sprinkle the ranch packet on them and then the soup and cook it on low for 3-5 hours (depending on your crock pot). My pork chops were frozen and I cooked it on low for 3 hours and they were ready.
  • Serve it with mash potatoes and any other side of your liking!

Happy eating,

Abbie
