What's for supper tonight?

Tonight we are having a very easy, very cheap, and very non healthy meal! For a few weeks I was attending a bible study every Thursday night and one week I hosted it at our house, so that meant Ben had to entertain himself elsewhere. He went and ate with our neighbors and they made this meal for him and he came back and cooked it for me one night. I am not really sure what it is called, but we call it Chili Dog Casserole.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans of chili (your pick)
  • 1 pack of tortilla wraps (remember, I am feeding two, so you may need more!)
  • 1 pack of hot dogs
  • cheddar cheese
 Directions:
  • preheat the oven to 400
  • spray the dish and put one of the cans of chili on the bottom of the pan
  • wrap a hot dog and some cheese  up in a tortilla wrap (I double my wraps up because we like them thick)
  • then layer the other can of chili on top and a layer of cheese
  • put a piece of tin foil over it and bake it for 30 min.

Enjoy,

Abbie
