What's for supper tonight?

Crummy Chicken
This is my mother in law's recipe and it is probably one of my favorite chicken meals I cook.

Ingredients:
  • 3 boneless chicken breast (I used a few thighs because those are Ben's favorite)
  • 2 sticks of melted butter
  • parmasian cheese
  • garlic powder
  • 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
Directions:
  • First, crunch up the two sleeves of Ritz crackers and add in some cheese and garlic powder (it's hard to tell you a measurement b/c it is based on how much of both you like)
  • Next, grease an 8x8 pan.
  • Then, dip your chicken into the melted butter and then dip it into the Ritz cracker mix and lay it in your pan.
  •  If I have any left over butter and Ritz cracker mix I pour it on top of the chicken and add a small layer of cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30 min. on 350.

Happy Eating,
Abbie
