Tonight we had Crescent Chicken, but I improvised and used
biscuits! We enjoyed it and it was SUPER easy!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of crescent rolls (or biscuits)
- 3 cups of shredded chicken (cooked)
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- Milk (enough to fill up the soup can)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- Grease a 9x13 pan
- Prepare the soup over the stove and use 1 can of milk instead of water
- Unroll the crescent rolls and place some chicken and cheese and roll it back up
- Pour the soup over the chicken
- Cook uncovered for 30 min
